DoST vows to make PH disaster-resilient

THE Department of Science and Technology (DoST) vowed to build a disaster-resilient Philippines through the simultaneous run of technology exposition on disaster preparedness across the country.

Experts say that the country remains one of the most vulnerable nations to the adverse impacts of climate change, which scientists worldwide observe are becoming increasingly intense and unprecedented.
