OLONGAPO CITY: A criminal complaint was filed on Tuesday by a drug suspect against a police major and two other policemen in this city before the Office of the City Prosecutor for alleged robbery.
Included in the charges sheet were Maj. Walter Primero; SSg. Christian Paul Garcia 35, married, a resident of Barangay Sta Rita, Olongapo City; Cpl. Jerald Pastor, 29, a resident of Barangay New Cabalan; and one still-unnamed suspect.
