CONDEMNING the action of a policeman who allegedly shot dead a man outside a bar, Quezon City Mayor Maria Josefina "Joy" Belmonte on Friday ordered the city's People's Law Enforcement Board (PLEB) to conduct a separate investigation.
"I already ordered our PLEB under the leadership of Atty. Rafael Vicente Calinisan to conduct an inquiry to make sure that the involved policeman would be held accountable," Belmonte told The Manila Times.
