Maxine Misa, founder of Max Beaut Advance Aesthetics continues her journey to reach her goals.

'Being in the beauty business industry at a very young age of 28, I've had countless failures. However, I don't really see them as a failure, they were steps for me for more opportunities,' said Misa.
