THERE is no doubt that the global economy is not exactly bursting with momentum, which may stress equity investors, especially in a financial world returning to the normalcy where liquidity has a price.

Right now, the stress is even more pronounced in the bond markets, where the frustration is that inflation is still not under control, especially in western economies. However, it remains my view that the majority of bond investors will soon begin to look forward to more life after high inflation.
