RECOGNIZING the critical role of public and private partnership in developing the real estate and property sector, Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) Philippines Secretary Alfredo Pascual underscored the need to collaborate in addressing the huge housing backlog in the country during the Chamber of Real Estate and Builders' Associations Inc. (Creba) Gala and Awards Night.

The event was held at the Conrad, Manila. The DTI chief said in working together, the organization's vision can be complementary to the government's goal of transforming the lives of Filipinos.
