Laguna bets spearhead South Luzon Chess Team Tournament

The Laguna Chess Team, bannered by International Master Angelo Abundo Young, Calamba champion Richie Jocson and former Laguna College of Business and Arts stalwart Spencer Real, leads the cast of early entries in the 1st South Luzon Chess Team Tournament slated on October 15, 2023 at Waltermart in Balibago, Sta. Rosa City, Laguna.

'We hope to do well in this event,' said Young, an 8-time chess champion in Illinois, USA.
