THE city government of Kidapawan in North Cotabato has received a P9.4-million school building donated by the Japanese government.
Mayor Jose Paolo Evangelista said in a statement on Thursday that the school located in Sto. Niño village was funded under the Grant Assistance for Grassroots Human Security Project of the Embassy of Japan.
