CABANATUAN City, Nueva Ecija: Problems in agriculture such as poverty alleviation seem to have found a possible solution though collective and cluster farming.
Larry Gadon, presidential adviser on poverty alleviation, said although agriculture is a nonspecific task in his appointment, he will try his best to recommend to President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. to study a proposal of 42 farmers groups, rice stakeholders, rice millers, multi-farmers and sectoral groups in the province.
