The Netherlands eyes defense deal with PH

THE Netherlands is interested in establishing naval defense cooperation with the Philippines, said a Defense official.

Department of National Defense (DND) spokesman Arsenio Andolong said on Thursday that The Netherlands' Ambassador to the Philippines Marielle Geraedts met with Defense Secretary Gilberto 'Gibo' Teodoro Jr. at the DND headquarters in Quezon City on Tuesday.
