(UPDATE) THE Philippines has been considered one of the "Top Climbers of the Decade" in the 2023 Global Innovation Index (GII) Analysis, the Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) said.
The Philippine Permanent Mission in Geneva said that the "top climbers of the decade" are a group of middle-income economies within the GII top 65, which climbed fastest in the ranks in the last decade.
