THREE cities in Metro Manila suspended classes in all levels due to heavy rains on Thursday night.In separate Facebook posts, Manila, Malabon and Navotas cited the yellow rainfall warning issued by the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical, and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) in declaring class suspensions face-to-face and online early Friday morning.
