In a disclosure, NOW Corp. said that it was informed on Wednesday by NOW Telecom that it had received a copy of the decision, issued by the appellate court's Special Ninth Division.
The firm wanted the court to compel the National Telecommunications Commission (NTC) to comply with rulings that "deemed automatically approved by operation of law NOW Telecom's application for provisional authority to operate in certain frequency ranges."
