Hagedorn bill on WPS a needed legacy

ON Oct. 3, 2023, we received the sad news of the passing of Palawan 3rd District Rep. Edward Solon Hagedorn.

To many, he was an outstanding public servant. He was more like a father to me, my brothers, our wives, and many others who have experienced his genuine goodness, compassion, generosity and loyalty. My father, Bishop Grepor Butch Belgica, and Congressman Hagedorn go way back. Though they were not blood brothers, they were covenantal brethren.
