THE six dismissed police officers implicated in the death of 17-year-old Jerhode "Jemboy" Baltazar in a case of mistaken identity surrendered to authorities in the Quezon province, MGen. Romeo Caramat Jr., chief of the Philippine National Police-Criminal Investigation and Detection Group (PNP-CIDG), said on Thursday.
