THE Cagayan State University (CSU) is set to offer a graduate school course to personnel of the Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR) in the Region 2 agency in the island province of Batanes.
Carolyn Tumamao, DENR Region 2 information officer, said their executive director Gwendolyn Bambalan and CSU President Urdujah Alvarado signed a memorandum of agreement (MoA) on September 29 at the CSU Carig Campus in Tuguegarao City.
