LEYTE: The Regional Development Council (RDC) of Eastern Visayas reiterated its position on Monday for the resolution encouraging airlines to open and operate flights from Tacloban's Daniel Z. Romualdez (DZR) Airport to Pampanga's Clark International Airport.
