'Palawan Guardian' Hagedorn passes away

(UPDATE) PALAWAN 3rd District Rep. Edward Hagedorn, a longtime advocate of the environment, tourism, agriculture, and peace and order when he was still mayor of Puerto Princesa City, passed away on Tuesday morning.

He was just nine days shy of celebrating his 77th birthday on October 12.
