Fruitas buys Foodpanda equipment

LISTED food and beverage operator Fruitas Holdings Inc. said Tuesday that it had acquired Foodpanda's cloud kitchen equipment to accelerate the operations of wholly owned subsidiary Fly Kitchen Inc.

Fruitas said the purchase was expected to expand Fly Kitchen's offerings.
