Police, NPA rebels clash near Bicol International Airport

(UPDATE) LEGAZPI CITY: A firefight erupted between police and the New People's Army (NPA) rebels near the Bicol International Airport (BIA) before dusk on Tuesday.

The encounter took place at Barangay Alobo, Daraga Albay within the junction of the airport where strict security measures are in place.
