BACOLOD CITY: Four policemen and a non-uniformed personnel at the Bacolod City Police Office (BCPO) have been relieved from their duties and subjected to investigation over their alleged links to a police recruitment scam.
The alleged scam, that also implicated a municipal councilor, mostly victimized residents of La Castellana town in Negros Occidental.
