THE Commission on Elections (Comelec) and the Public Attorney's Office (PAO) have teamed up to fight the buying and selling of votes.

Comelec Chairman George Erwin Garcia and PAO chief Persida Rueda-Acosta on Monday signed a memorandum of agreement (MoA) wherein the PAO will help the commission prosecute poll offenders.
