Pascual welcomes signing of EO 41

The EO was signed on September 25 by Executive Secretary Lucas Bersamin for President Ferdinand Marcos Jr.

The reduction of transport and logistics costs is part of the 8-Point Socioeconomic Agenda of the Marcos administration.
