Vegas Raiders waive Jones after arrest

LOS ANGELES: The NFL's Las Vegas Raiders released defensive end Chandler Jones on Saturday (Sunday in Manila) after a tumultuous week capped by his arrest.

The move came a day after the Raiders said they hoped Jones receives 'the care that he needs.'
