142 NCPPO policemen transferred

THE North Cotabato Police Provincial Office (NCPPO) has temporarily transferred 142 of its personnel related to candidates in the Barangay and Sangguniang Kabataan Elections (BSKE) to new areas of assignments.

The move, according to the NCPPO spokesman Cpt. April Rose Soria, is to ensure that all Philippine National Police personnel who will be assigned during the conduct of the elections are 'all non-partisans.'
