Eumir Marcial advances to Asian Games QF

Filipino boxer Eumir Marcial advanced to the 19th Asian Games men's 80kg quarterfinals in Hangzhou, China late Friday night, September 29.

This, after Marcial scored a unanimous decision win over Vietnamese Manh Cuong Nguyen in the round of 16 at the Hangzhou Gymnasium, putting himself on the cusp of winning a medal in the Asiad.
