Solaire operator eyes P5.59B from share sale

SOLAIRE Resort operator Bloomberry Resorts Corp. said Friday that it was aiming to raise at least P5.59 billion through a share offering to local and international investors.

This came after Bloomberry's board of directors approved an equity fundraising 'through a placing and subscription transaction subject generally to market conditions.'
