SUBIC BAY FREEPORT: The top-performing municipal councils from the 13 towns of Zambales province were recognized on Friday, September 22, for their crucial role in community development and good governance at the first Local Legislative Awards.
Gov. Hermogenes Ebdane Jr. handed out the plaques of recognition and a total of P2 million cash incentives to the Zambales' Exemplary Achievements as Legislators (ZEAL) winners at the ceremony held at the Subic Bay Exhibition and Convention Center here.
