BACOLOD CITY: The Commission on Elections (Comelec) has issued a show cause order against a candidate here allegedly for premature campaigning.
The show cause order (SCO) was confirmed on Tuesday by provincial election supervisor Ian Lee Ananoria, who also said that the poll body is also verifying the two other complaints on early campaigning in Negros Occidental.
