LPA to dissipate, another monitored outside PH

THE low pressure area (LPA) inside the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR) is likely to dissipate within the day, the weather agency said, Thursday.

In its 4 a.m. bulletin, the LPA was seen 800 kilometers east of extreme Northern Luzon.
