THE prioritization of infrastructure development initiated by the past government and sustained by the Marcos administration through the Department of Public Works and Highways helped bring down the logistics cost in the Philippines, an economist said.
Ronilo M. Balbieran of the University of Asia and the Pacific cited the "Build Better More" program under President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. and his predecessor's Build, Build, Build program.
