OVER 500 Thomasians and external guests were enthralled by performances staged by the Overseas Community Affairs Council (OCAC) of the Republic of China (Taiwan) through the Taipei Economic and Cultural Office (TECO) in the Philippines and Taiwan Association Inc. (TAI) in partnership with the University of Santo Tomas (UST) in celebration of the Mid-Autumn Festival, or Moon Festival.
