Lotilla: Oil prices may see downtrend

ENERGY Secretary Raphael Lotilla said prices of petroleum products in the country were expected to keep fluctuatating but noted that there was a current downtrend.

In a media gathering on Wednesday, Lotilla said that it was still too early to tell as to which direction prices of petroleum products would go given external factors like global crude price movements.
