BACOLOD CITY: Justice will remain elusive for the victims of a massacre allegedly perpetrated by the New People's Army (NPA) in Himamaylan City, Negros Occidental, after a family member has reportedly fled the island with her family.
Vincent Parra, CHR-Negros Occidental OIC, said on Monday that he has information that Emily Fausto Hermino, one of four surviving children of the Faustos, "is no longer in the island."
