LTO summons owner of car in road rage incident

THE Land Transportation Office (LTO) has issued a show cause order (SCO) against the registered owner of a vehicle involved in a recent viral road rage incident in Imus, Cavite.

Following LTO Chief Assistant Secretary Vigor Mendoza 2nd's directive, the SCO was issued to the female registered owner of a white Honda CRV (REN123). The order instructed the LTO Regional Office 4A to promptly investigate the behavior of the male driver during the confrontation.
