THE Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank (AIIB) should offer more financing programs with better terms to help member-countries respond to ongoing economic challenges, Finance Secretary Benjamin Diokno said on Monday.
"We encourage the bank to make available more grant facilities to aid in the implementation of programs/projects and enhance the concessionality of its terms," Diokno said during the 8th annual meeting of the AIIB's Board of Governors.
