AYALA Land Inc. (ALI) on Tuesday said that it had signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with International Finance Corp. (IFC), a member of the World Bank Group, to boost the Philippine property sector's transition toward net zero.
Under the agreement, ALI and real estate investment trust arm AREIT would strive to obtain EDGE Zero Carbon certification across their portfolio of 1.5 million square meters by the end of 2025, with advisory support from IFC.
