Meralco got off to a quick start, but cooled off in the middle quarters, allowing Al Arabi SC to hold off the Bolts, 90-82 in the opening day of the 2023 Doha International Basketball Tournament on early Tuesday morning, (Manila time), September 26 at the Al Gharafa Arena in Doha, Qatar.
