Blackwater signs rookie Christian David to 2-year deal

Blackwater inked a two-year rookie deal with rookie Christian David on Monday, September 25.

The Bossing team owner Dioceldo Sy said he's elated to lock up the 2023 PBA Rookie Draft's second overall pick.
