BACOLOD CITY: A rebel front on Negros Island called the incident where six suspected rebels in Kabankalan City were killed as a "massacre."
The Armando Sumayang Jr. Command (ASJC) of the New People's Army (NPA) Southwest Negros Guerrilla Front said the incident was "not an encounter."
