THE Commission on Elections (Comelec) is set to create a task force to investigate the allegations made by the United States government against former poll body chief Andres Bautista that he received bribes from a service company in connection with the 2016 polls.
Comelec Chairman George Erwin Garcia said the task force to be formed will determine "what really happened."
