Sustained market gains 'seen to be challenging'

THE stock market managed to end last week on a positive note but sustained gains moving forward could prove challenging, analysts said.

The benchmark Philippine Stock Exchange index (PSEi), which closed below 6,100 for most of the week, ended 0.26 higher week-on-week at 6,142.79.
