Heavy Bombers stun three-peat champ Knights in OT

Jose Rizal University threw its hat into the NCAA Season 99 basketball championship ring as it shocked reigning three-peat champion Letran, 85-79, in overtime on Sunday before a packed MOA Arena crowd.

The Bombers did what it failed to do late in regulation and shut down the Knights in the extra period in snatching the win that launched the host school's ambitious title aspirations.
