Coyotes beat Kings in NHL's first game in Australia

The Arizona Coyotes defeated the Los Angeles Kings 5-3 on Saturday, in the first National Hockey League (NHL) preseason game played in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia.

Although Australian player Nathan Walker and his St. Louis Blues didn't play in this game, Kings defenseman Jordan Spence, who was born in Sydney, played in this game and earned an assist from a 2nd period goal by Adrian Kempe.
