THE police have classified 984 out of the 2,590 villages in the Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao (BARMM) as "areas of grave concern" (red code) for the Oct. 30, 2023 Barangay and Sangguniang Kabataan Elections (BSKE).
BGen. Allan Nobleza, BARMM police director, said Friday that 284 other villages are under the orange category or "areas of immediate concern."
