Convicted murderer executed by lethal injection in Oklahoma

Washington, United States: A 44-year-old man convicted of the 1996 rape and murder of a dance student was executed by lethal injection in Oklahoma on Thursday (Friday in Manila), officials said.

Anthony Sanchez was sentenced to death in 2006 for the rape and murder of Juli Busken, a 21-year-old student at the University of Oklahoma.
