ILOILO CITY: A year after it was closed from public use, the P680-million defective Ungka flyover here was reopened to light vehicles on Friday.
Director Sanny Boy Oropel, officer in charge of the Department of Public Works and Highways in Western Visayas (DPWH-6), said the opening of the flyover is to ease the traffic congestion in the area.
