Bacolod in search for project funding

BACOLOD CITY: The Bacolod City government is looking for investors to fund the proposed multibillion-peso Bacolod Coastal Expressway.

The expressway is one of six infrastructure projects pitched by the team of Mayor Alfredo Abelardo 'Albee' Benitez to investors at the Belt and Road Summit in Hong Kong last week.
