FORMER Commission on Elections (Comelec) chairman Andres Bautista on Friday denied allegations made by the United States government that he received bribes from an elections company in connection with the 2016 polls.
The Department of Homeland Security's Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) filed the case against Bautista with the US District Court in the Southern District of Florida on Sept. 19, 2023.
