YUCHENGCO-LED PetroEnergy Resources Corp. on Friday announced that PetroSolar Corp., a subsidiary of PetroGreen Energy Corp., had signed a power supply agreement with Shell Energy Philippines Inc. (SEPH) to provide the latter power from its 20-megawatt Tarlac-2 solar plant in Central Technopark, Tarlac City.

"We are pleased with this agreement with Shell Energy Philippines Inc. which builds upon mutual commitment to clean energy from an earlier power supply contract signed in 2022 between our two companies," PetroGreen Energy Corp. President and Chief Executive Officer F.G. Delfin Jr. said.
